Sure...NASA had some spectacular early failures. We only ever lost three people in the Apollo program (none in Gemini or Mercury). We did lose two space shuttles. So, two shuttles and one Apollo (on the pad during a rehearsal). In 60 years. How many SpaceX have been lost in just the past two years, trying to do something (i.e. a simple launch) that NASA figured out a long time ago?

We should rejuvenate NASA, and make it the premier space agency that it once was.
