The republican party has been reduced to acknowledging that its campaign for President must rely on pushing out grotesque racist conspiracies -- knowing that the latest one about cats that Vance wants to see even more of is a fabricated lie -- rather than policy positions, because racist memes motivate their voter base.

In fairness, that whole "migrant caravan" invasion of black and brown people meme is a little difficult to push when border encounters are down 50%. So now we have cat eaters which, I guess, is supposed to convert all those childless cat ladies to Team Trump.
