The small fries you refer to will have no choice now but to live dangerously and lose a bit of sleep.

They don't have people to work. They just don't and they can't find them.

So either they shut down their companies and go broke, OR hope that today isn't their immigration bust day.

If I was still in business - even I couldn't get around this one and when I can't get around something -- i'd say it's rather insurmountable.

This is lottery. You just hope you aren't the one busted today.
