Subject: Re: DJT- the S1 filing is a very substantive
I googled it to make sure the regs haven't changed since my day.
" In most cases, when an insider executes a transaction, he or she must file a Form 4. With this form filing, the public is made aware of the insider’s various transactions in company securities, including the amount purchased or sold and the price per share. Form 4 must be filed within two business days following the transaction date."
Next week I expect to see trumps first FORM 4 filing. I'll guess 3-5 million shares sold, not a bad payday. The same usual fools are going to help him make a major score. The stock is very strong today, on solid volume.
