The lion's share of all of the evidence that was used in Maxwell's trial is publicly available. Only certain things were sealed by the judge (I assume at the request of the Biden DOJ, but perhaps by Maxwell's lawyers as well). I mean, a lot of this material has been public from jump, released during the Trump Administration when Epstein was arrested and prosecuted - but also during the Biden years.
You mentioned flight logs. You can look at the flight logs right now. They're here:

The most likely scenario is that everything that the government has had that's germane to crimes of pedophilia has already been released. Other than the obvious categories of material relating to victims and material that's been sealed by the courts, that is. And that Trump's not releasing anything else because there just isn't anything else to release - at least, nothing that anyone would care about.
