Sorry, the premature births are counted the same in Japan, Canada, and the USA.

And in the past when they've adjusted for premature deaths, the USA was worse than a lot of countries.

And the Lancet retracted the study. They have also retracted other studies, which hurts them, but they still have a great reputation. You still haven't a clue about the statistical methods used in the study you dismiss, it's all politics with you. You don't really care about kids dying it seems.
