What that guy was saying, about the Proles circulating the money, is the exact opposite of what "Supply Side Economics" has preached for 40 years. The mantra is all the money needs to be given to the "JCs", because the "JCs do all the saving and investing", so concentration of wealth in their hands is necessary for "capital formation". That's why, over and over, we Proles are told we need to pay more tax, and made do with fewer government services, so the government can hand the money to the rich.
