So, with respect to Trump's latest "Truth" post 48-hr ultimatum to Iran. Is it taken for granted that Iran's leaders are monitoring them 24/7, should interpret every Trump "bleat" as definitive U.S. policy, and thereby act accordingly? Or are actual high level phone calls between gov't officials occurring behind the scenes?
