I suppose that most of that long list of Biden accomplishments would fall under the heading of securing massive funding for various programs that his admirers feel are necessary and advance important goals.

Others, who are not quite as impressed, likely feel that some of those spending programs are ill conceived or downright wasteful. And of the worthy programs that remain, may not agree we can afford all of them simultaneously.

Just sayin'.
