No. He isn't. Green energy is the future. We aren't at peak oil yet, evidently. But eventually we will be. And prices will climb, and we won't be ready.

China is investing in it heavily. They're going to eat our lunch in a decade. Maybe two. One advantage of their system (possibly the only advantage) is they can plan decades ahead, and there is no derailing it because some populist wins an office. We can't even have a consistent policy about almost anything over the span of 10 years.
