When I read Sec 2(b) I shouted HOLY CRAP!!!
"(1) No record shall be withheld, delayed, or redacted on the basis of embarrassment, reputational harm, or political sensitivity, including to any government official, public figure, or foreign dignitary."

To all the folks who think Trump is a doofus, why do you think he has been dragging his feet on releasing the Epstein files?
This bill was introduced by a Democrat, passed by the House with only one NO vote, passed by the Senate the next day, and signed by the President that same day. Now nobody can claim that Trump released the files just to embarrass Democrats.
