Subject: Border Controls Are Foundationalbe
Collecting my thoughts about what principles should be in the forthcoming GARSA bill....

The issue is less about the numbers and mostly about having the power, as a sovereign nation, to set that number. AND not only set, but has deployed the necessary border security measures to enforce it.

We can continuously debate and set the numbers of this and that category who will be let in as a natural part of the ebb and flow of elections. But this looses its appeal if there is little ability and commitment to enforcing it.

So when looking at the bill, I hope to find not just targets, but the also process that WILL achieve and maintain those targets.
