1. An immediate and permanent end to any hostilities in Lebanon.

2. The U.S. and Iran to respect each other's sovereignty and territorial integrity.

3. A 60-day final agreement negotiation window, extendable by mutual consent.

4. The U.S. will lift the naval blockade and prevent any interference or obstruction against Iran. Hormuz traffic will be fully restored within 30 days. The U.S. will withdraw its forces within 30 days.

5. The U.S. will ensure a $300+ billion rehabilitation and economic development fund for Iran.

6. The U.S. will lift all sanctions currently placed on Iran.

7. Iran pledges to never produce nuclear weapons.

8. Iran and the U.S. agree to maintain a status quo, Iran on its nuclear program and the U.S. will impose no new sanctions.

9. The U.S. will immediately, upon signing the MOU and until the formal lifting of sanctions against Iran, will issue waivers for exports of Iranian crude oil, petrochemical products, and all related services including banking, insurance, transportation, and the like.
