That's the problem, survivors might not fit the narrative. We are assured Venezuela is the narco center of the western hemisphere, even though the data does not support that.

oops. Reminds me of my coworkers who were absolutely sure all the 9/11 hijackers were from Iraq, except that none of them were.

The regime will need to make sure there are no survivors from all strikes in the future.
