Actually, it has been explained to you several times. You're either not reading the replies, and just dismissing them.

I'm reading the replies. The replies say, "Here's the plot to take over the government and fire everyone and replace them with Trumpie loyalists". And I say, "So? You're describing how government works. Where's the secret part where democracy ends?" and I don't hear anything. Until somebody starts the next thread with the same charge.
