Most of the names came to his desk as a list of recommendations from others. It’s doubtful that he knew more than a dozen of them.

And the idea that he would take time away from his water coloring to call one of those judges up two decades later and tell him how to rule on any single case, is pretty funny.

Especially Dubya. He’s checked out from just about everything except going to the club for dinner on Saturdays.

In any event, Trump couldn’t even intimidate Alito, Thomas, Kavenaugh, Barrett, Gorsuch and Roberts yesterday by sitting in the gallery and glowering at them….. and he’s the current president.
