Because Johnson has expressed no interest in challenging president Biden, has been out of politics since the Obama administration, has almost no national name recognition these days, and Biden has the power of incumbency and the nomination is his, Turley's suggestion is an intentional distraction that, if pursued, would only strengthen Trump's chances of retaking the White House and is, therefore, nothing more than a turd in the punch bowl.
