Presumably you have been equally offended by the scads of names that Trump has called others? Or at least willing to acknowledge that "Turnabout is fair play"?

To add: it's one thing for Joe Schmoe on a message board to call a public figure a name. It's a whole other thing when the President of the United States, the supposed "Leader of the Free World", does it to his own colleagues.
