IIRC, using government resources for political messaging is 100% against the law - the Hatch Act.

And who would prosecute? Pam Bondi? There was a piece on the wire some weeks ago, about giant banners, with Lord Trump's image, hanging from three regime departmental office buildings. Just like in the old days in Peking.
