Utah go blue? Seems unlikely. I've lived here for 50 years and it has gotten steadily more right wing. Utah has one of the absolute worst senators: Mike Lee. There is a chance we might get one dem representative as a result of a ballot measure that Utah voters passed that is an attempt reduce gerrymandering, but the Utah Republican Party has been fighting that tooth and nail.
